Job Title : Water Demand and Leakage Control Expert

Summary Supporting water demand, leakage control and None Review Water in the northern area of Saudi Arabia consisting of Qassim, Al Jouf, Hail and Northern Boarder.

The water treatment and sewage treatment and networks are as follows:

Number of large Water Treatment Plant - 50,000 m3/day - 7 Number of small and medium Water Treatment Plant - 50,000 m3/day - 85 Number of small and medium Water Treatment Plant - 50,000 m3/day - 4 Number of small and medium Sewage Treatment Plant 300mm) - 10 Lengths of water networks - 12,843 KM (<300mm) - 5,377 KM (>300mm) Length of sewer networks 5,476 KM (300mm) - 5,476 KM (<300mm) - 1,344 KM (>300mm) Duties and responsibilities: . Preparation of design report for water network improvement works . Establish network monitoring system for reliable and objective evaluations . Identify corrective actions and requirements to improve network performance and meet target KPI's . Analyze data to reduce technical and commercial water loss . Establish reporting systems and baseline for continuity of water supply . Collect and review of data associated with the monitoring of flow, pressure and performance, as well as the accuracy of all production meters from clusters regions. . Propose locations of new pressure loggers and flow meters . Supervise the installation and commission of the infrastructure for flow-monitoring zones that facilitate the achievement of the KPI targets for Continuity of Supply and Non-Revenue Water (NRW) to maintain or further reduce NRW further. . Develop and provide training for NWC staff involved in operations and maintenance. . Review, inspection and assess condition of existing flow meters and instruments on the networks . Review and assess water leakage complaints . Review and assessment of existing sewer network conditions . Preparation of maps with areas where CCTV inspection should be priority with schedule for inspection and cleaning . Preparation of general description for rehabilitation works required for sewer networks . Others as requested by direct line manage

Education . B. SC. Degree in Engineering or equal

Experience . Minimum 10 years of experience in drinking and sewer networks . Writing / Speaking fluent English is a must
