Watchman / Camp Boss

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage labor/staff accommodation (camp). Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the camp premises. Ensure proper distribution and maintenance of rooms, facilities, and furniture. Monitor daily needs of workers (water, electricity, gas, cleaning, etc.) and report maintenance requirements. Keep updated records of camp occupancy, movements, and staff information. Ensure discipline among camp residents and address conflicts/issues when required. Coordinate with HR/Admin for new arrivals, allocations, and movements. Monitor visitors and control access to the camp for safety and security. Act as a watchman/security for the camp premises during day/night shifts. Handle emergencies and report immediately to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Camp Boss / Watchman in UAE or GCC. Knowledge of accommodation management and basic maintenance. Strong supervisory and communication skills. Ability to maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company rules. Should be trustworthy, responsible, and proactive. Preferred: Candidates currently available in UAE with transferable visa.
