Responsibilities:
Watch over the building and surroundings.
Allow only authorized people to enter.
Keep a record of visitors and deliveries.
Check doors, gates, and windows are locked.
Report any problems or unusual activity.
Help residents in case of emergency.
Keep the entrance and nearby area clean.
Be polite and respectful with all residents.
Visa and Insurance will be provided
Experience is mandatory
