Monitor and safeguard the building premises to ensure security at all times.
Oversee and monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities.
Maintain entry/exit logs and record daily security activities and complaints.
Perform routine cleaning of the building and assist with empty flat cleaning.
Provide assistance in basic maintenance tasks when required.
Coordinate with supervisors and report issues promptly.
Control access of visitors, staff, and contractors as per building policy.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the premises.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
