Job Description

Job Summary:

The Watchman is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises while also assisting with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the premises for staff, visitors, and vehicles Conduct routine patrols inside and around the property Check doors, windows, gates, and equipment to ensure they are properly secured Respond to alarms, unusual activity, or emergencies promptly Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations Ensure surveillance systems and alarm systems are functional Verify identity of visitors and maintain visitor logs when necessary Report any safety hazards, security breaches, or maintenance issues

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience as a watchman or in a security role is an advantage Ability to stay alert and act responsibly under pressure Good communication and observation skills Basic knowledge of emergency procedures Must be honest, punctual, and reliable

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
