Key Responsibilities:
Watchman Duties:
Monitor building premises to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity
Report any security issues, damages, or maintenance needs to the supervisor
Ensure gates and doors are properly locked and secure
Check visitors and allow access based on building protocols
Maintain a daily log of observations
Cleaning Duties:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas including corridors, lobby, and staircases
Clean and sanitize Building
Maintain cleanliness around the building entrance and parking area
Replenish cleaning supplies when needed
Rent Collection Duties:
Collect monthly rent from tenants as per the building management schedule
Issue receipts and maintain accurate rent collection records
Follow up with tenants for due payments in a respectful and professional manner
Report payment status to the property manager or landlord
Requirements:
Prior experience as a watchman or cleaner preferred
Basic communication skills (English, Hindi, preferred)
Ability to read and follow instructions
Trustworthy and punctual
Ability to work independently and responsibly
