Patrol and Monitoring:
Regularly walk the building and surrounding areas to check for suspicious activity, potential hazards, and ensure all entry and exit points are secure.
CCTV Monitoring:
Constantly monitor surveillance cameras to detect any unusual activity or security breaches.
Access Control:
Verify and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
Visitor Management:
Check visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and provide directions.
Emergency Response:
Respond to alarms, fire incidents, or other emergencies by initiating appropriate procedures, contacting authorities, and coordinating evacuations.
Reporting:
Report any security breaches, unusual occurrences, or maintenance issues to building management.

Property Maintenance:
Assist with minor maintenance tasks like checking lights, locks, or plumbing during patrols, and report any necessary repairs.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for residents and visitors, providing directions and assistance.
Enforcing Rules :
Ensure residents and visitors adhere to building rules and regulations.
