We are seeking a professional watchman for a commercial building to monitor the CCTV, manage fire protection systems, and maintain logs of tenant entries, check-ins, and check-outs.
Duty Hours: Shifts will vary.
Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and record the entry of staff, customers, and delivery personnel. - Patrol the premises regularly to ensure safety and security. - Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards. - Assist in managing emergency situations. - Ensure compliance with safety procedures. - Inform the manager of any incidents, accidents, or maintenance issues.
