We are urgently looking for a reliable and experienced Watchman for a residential building in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a residential building watchman
Basic English communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness of the building premises
Organize and execute daily cleaning schedules efficiently
Report any technical issues to the building technician or admin
Monitor and report any violations related to health, safety, and security standards
