Responsibilities:

Security Monitoring:

Regularly patrol the premises to detect any signs of suspicious activity or security breaches. Monitor assets such as cameras, systems, devices, and landlord property to identify potential security threats. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, taking appropriate action as necessary. Secure all entry points, including doors, windows, and gates, to prevent unauthorized access.

Access Control:

Verify the identity of visitors to control access to the building. Escort visitors or contractors to their designated areas and provide assistance as needed.

Safety Compliance:

Conduct routine safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards or safety concerns. Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, including maintaining fire extinguishers, exit routes, and emergency lighting.

Maintenance and Reporting:

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities or property management personnel. Perform minor repairs or maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing door locks, or clearing debris from walkways.

Customer Service:

Address inquiries, concerns, or requests from tenants regarding building security, access procedures, or emergency protocols. Serve as a point of contact for building management or emergency responders during non-business hours.

Cleaning Duties:

Perform regular cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and orderly environment, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and emptying trash bins. Ensure common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Report any cleaning supply needs or issues to the appropriate personnel.

Experience:
