In this key leadership role, you will manage daily operations of the watches section, inspire your team to exceed sales targets, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our exclusive VIP and VVIP Qatari clientele. Your expertise in luxury watches and deep connections within the high-end market will be essential to uphold our brand's prestige and excellence.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate the watches team to deliver exceptional customer service. Drive sales performance to meet and exceed ambitious targets. Manage premium client relationships, ensuring a personalized, top-tier shopping experience. Maintain impeccable standards of brand presentation and showroom operations. Collaborate with management to implement strategic initiatives for growth.

What We're Looking For:

Extensive knowledge of luxury watch brands and market trends. Strong network within the VIP/VVIP high-end clientele, preferably in Qatar. Proven leadership skills with experience managing retail teams. Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications & Experience:

3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a strong background in watches and timepieces. Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a high-end retail environment. Strong understanding of premium customer service and the luxury market in Qatar. Established network or ability to build and maintain a database of elite clients, including Qatari VIP/VVIP customers. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills. Professional appearance, grooming, and high standard of personal conduct. Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
