Job Description
The
Process Engineer (WWTP Supervisor)
oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and process optimization of a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), combining technical engineering expertise with supervisory responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train plant operators and staff in wastewater treatment processes, equipment operation, and maintenance. Monitor, adjust, and optimize treatment processes (e.g., biological, chemical, and physical) to ensure efficient performance and compliance with environmental regulations. Conduct process evaluations, troubleshoot issues, perform laboratory tests, and analyze data on influent/effluent quality. Ensure plant safety, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance (local, state, and federal standards). Develop operational procedures, manage budgets, coordinate upgrades/projects, and prepare reports. Maintain records, oversee sludge management, and implement process improvements for cost-efficiency and sustainability.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
