Warehouse Supervisor

to oversee the full operational activities of a large-scale warehouse facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient

day-to-day warehouse operations

, team management, and system-based inventory accuracy using

SAP

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. Ensure accurate and organized placement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Coordinate with storekeepers and helpers to complete daily warehouse tasks efficiently. Follow standard procedures for receiving materials and checking against delivery notes. Update warehouse transactions in the

SAP ERP system

, including goods receipts, stock transfers, and material issues. Monitor stock rotation using FIFO principles and report any near-expiry items. Assist in preparing goods for dispatch and coordinate with logistics for timely shipments. Support regular stock counting and help reconcile variances with the inventory team. Maintain cleanliness and basic safety standards within the warehouse area. Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and safe handling of materials. Report any damages, discrepancies, or space issues to the Warehouse Manager. Cooperate with production and quality teams for material movements. Provide guidance to junior warehouse staff and support their daily tasks. Follow all internal policies and safety guidelines as per company procedures.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the

perfume or cosmetics industry

. Working knowledge of

SAP ERP

or similar warehouse management systems. Familiarity with basic warehouse processes such as receiving, issuing, stock arrangement. Ability to communicate and coordinate with different departments. Good organizational and time management skills. Physically fit and able to supervise manual handling when needed.
