Job Description

  • Managing the warehouse entrusted to it, including receiving, storing and dispensing materials and managing warehouse workers
  • Manage and follow up on requests from departments and departments and ensure the availability of goods and materials required in warehouses.
  • Prepare the required goods and prepare the delivery note.
  • Receiving goods from suppliers and matching them with approved purchase orders and receipt notification.
  • Ensuring the quality and specifications of the commodities upon receipt with communication and coordination with the Procurement and Quality Management Department.
  • Ensure optimal use of warehouses and organization of goods and materials.
  • Determine the need to exclude goods, prepare a list of them, and communicate with quality control and the head of the department to take a decision on it.
  • Updating the system when receiving and dispatching goods and materials, including the value of receiving returned goods, and the exchange of gifts and excluded goods.
  • Preparing a report of all the goods in the warehouse periodically.
  • Carrying out the internal periodic inventory of the warehouse based on the inventory plan, matching the goods and materials with the stocks and the system, preparing a report on the results of the inventory and updating the system.
  • Contributing to the periodic inventories executed by the financial department.
  • Ensure the date of validity of all commodities and work to exclude the expired ones based on the approved procedures.
  • Follow up on requests to send gifts and send goods to the parties concerned with the delivery note and take the gift voucher.
  • Ensure records are kept and all documents are managed to ensure proper inventory levels and maintain inventory control
  • Coordination with the procurement department to receive the goods, the transportation section for procedures for transporting goods to customers and Shops and with the sales department to exchange the goods.
  • Monitor the inventory level for the rapidly consuming commodities and notify the department head of low levels below the specified level for the item.
  • Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are properly deposited and Shopd.
  • Compliance with the requirements of the Quality Control Department and the Food Safety Authority regulations regarding storage methods, general Shop heat, and temperature of cold rooms, among others.
  • Managing hygiene, pest and rodent control and adhering to all relevant health and safety measures.
  • Daily warehouse inspection to ensure compliance with requirements and storage environment.
  • Request maintenance for the warehouse in question and follow up on its implementation.
