Warehouse Supervisor (Immediate Joiner)
Location: Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone, UAE
Working Schedule: 6 days per week
Status: Must be currently in the UAE
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor for an immediate start in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in managing warehouse operations within the UAE, particularly in a Free Zone environment. This role requires a professional who can ensure efficiency, accuracy, and smooth day-to-day logistics.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and logistics coordination.
• Lead and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring high performance and adherence to procedures.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Ensure strict compliance with Free Zone warehouse regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Utilize ERP systems and MS Excel for effective inventory tracking, reporting, and data management.
• Plan and coordinate logistics to optimize space and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 6-10 years of proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision, with specific UAE experience required.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Free Zone warehouse procedures, documentation, and compliance.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and hands-on experience with ERP systems for inventory management.
• License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Availability: Must be currently located in the UAE. Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 - AED 7,000 (Subject to experience and qualifications)
• Additional Benefits: As per the standard UAE Labor Law.
