Job Purpose: To ensure efficient workflow within the warehouse by optimizing processes, maintaining inventory and shipping accuracy, and utilizing resources effectively while adhering to safety and quality standards . Responsibilities

Ensure efficient workflow within the warehouse, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Maintain sufficient resources across all teams, working with team leaders to ensure optimal workforce and fleet utilization. Identify workforce needs and distribute manpower based on workload fluctuations. Maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) requirements. Identify areas of concern and report to the Manager Warehouse collaborating with team leaders to resolve issues effectively. Minimize incorrect distribution of freight to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Formulate and implement regular maintenance schedules to prevent unforeseen problems and ensure safety. Ensure the highest quality standards are met to exceed client QA requirements and maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. Guide new staff towards development, support on-the-job training, and ensure all team members have access to learning opportunities. Plan and delegate daily responsibilities, ensuring targets for shipping, task completion, space utilization, and manpower utilization are met. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
