Job Description

. Preparing & updating Daily Delivery plan, Delivery note & MTC. . Preparing Daily Delivery report in excel file. . Co-coordinating with Sales and production dept regarding daily delivery . Monitoring of delivery activities. . Taking special care of export deliveries to avoid the customer complaints. . Manpower management for Loading activities and Material Arrangement in warehouse based on loading plan. . Workplace Housekeeping checking. . Finished Goods inventory in Monthly and Yearly basis. . Coordination with Sales Dept for daily enquiries, truck volume and packing list etc. . Reduce the aged stock & nonmoving finished goods from stock. . Reprocess Entry in oracle system.
