Warehouse Supervisor

One of the fastest growing Construction/Property Developing Companies requires a Warehouse Supervisor for its building construction projects in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field Minimum 7 years' experience in warehouse or material management within the

construction industry

. Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and storage methods. Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., ERP, SAP, MS Excel).

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials and equipment. Ensure accurate documentation of materials received and issued using approved inventory management systems. Implement proper material handling procedures to minimize damage and loss. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records. Monitor material usage and maintain adequate stock levels based on project schedules. Liaise with project engineers, procurement, and logistics teams for timely delivery of required materials. Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for material delivery schedules. Report material shortages, discrepancies, and damages promptly to the procurement or project team.
