Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures safety, quality, and productivity standards are met while supervising warehouse staff and maintaining accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of goods. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. Implement and enforce safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory compliance. Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and stock replenishment planning. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Prepare and maintain operational reports (e.g., Volume, IB-OB, inventory, damage, shortages). Multishift Operation Qualifications: Graduate or High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus. Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role (typically 3+ years). Experienced with FMCG, Ecommerce, high volume piece pick warehouse environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management systems (e.g., WMS), and safety standards. Leadership and team management skills. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for long periods. Preferred Skills: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamic 365, SAP, Oracle). Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
