Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Monitor performance and provide guidance to warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and conducting performance evaluations. Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits. Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment. Ensure that incoming and outgoing shipments are complete and documented correctly. Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure materials and finished goods flow efficiently. Operate and ensure maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels. Address issues such as shortages, overages, and damaged goods.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proven supervisory or leadership experience. Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse management systems (WMS). Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
