Job Description
:
- Responsible for the following functions in the warehouse such as Depalletization, High Bay Warehouse Operations, Multi shuttle Picking, All the MHE movements, Automated Inbound Receiving, Ecommerce Operations, maintenance and Inventory accuracy.
- Man Management \xe2\x80\x93Impartial - Train - Direct \xe2\x80\x93 Supervise \xe2\x80\x93 Control \xe2\x80\x93 Motivate - Delegation.
- Create Alerts within the function to escalate areas of concern within the lead time.
- Responsible for the work load planning of the specific function that he is supervising.
- to provide inputs to the Sr. Warehouse Supervisor on the concerns/ constraints that may arise over a period of time so that sufficient efforts could be taken where ever mitigation is possible.
- Follow SOP on all the tasks that are performed\xe2\x80\x8b
- Graduate with oral and written communication skill in English
- Expert in MS office suit
- Must be having problem solving and trouble shooting approach and skills.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience of retail logistics environment or similar to that.
- Trained Dematic WMS thus -Full working Knowledge of the Dematic WMS processes, screens and dialogues
- Full Knowledge of the FDS 1 & 2 with regards to the area/ function he is made responsible
- Effective communicator, motivator, trainer and task oriented.
