We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, specifically handling bulk shipments of sanitary products in a B2B trading environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of sanitary products, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a high standard of product quality and safety. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a crucial role in coordinating with suppliers, managing logistics, and leading a team to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of warehouse operations and B2B trading practices. Responsibilities: . Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations and continually assess and improve processes for enhanced productivity and cost-effectiveness. . Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of bulk shipments of sanitary products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards. . Maintain proper inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement efficient tracking and recording systems to prevent discrepancies and stock shortages. . Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to create a secure work environment and minimize the risk of product damage or loss. . Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demands. . Develop and implement warehouse procedures and guidelines to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. . Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory levels, shipment schedules, and warehouse performance for management review. Requirements: . Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related. . Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in the handling of bulk commodities. . Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software. . Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations, particularly in handling sanitary products. . Experience in B2B trading and wholesale distribution . Familiarity with supply chain management principles and best practices. . Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for inventory and warehouse management.
