Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Manage warehouse staff schedules, performance, and productivity
Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery timelines
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Enforce company policies, procedures, and HSE regulations
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock and operations
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams
Handle damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock appropriately
Train new staff on warehouse procedures and safety practices

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with UAE warehouse and safety regulations (preferred)
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

Forklift or material handling equipment experience
ERP/SAP system knowledge
Experience in FMCG, logistics, or distribution warehouses
