Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Store Operations Supervisor

with over 3 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of

SAP

and Warehouse Management Systems (

WMS

) and will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our stores and inventory control systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management

Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. (Inbound/Outbound) Receive, identify, and verify the accuracy of incoming merchandise against purchase orders and delivery documentation. Ensure proper documentation and recording of received/Sales goods.

Inventory Control

Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels using SAP and WMS software. Prepare requisition requests based on inventory needs and usage trends.

Records Management and Reporting

Maintain comprehensive and organized files, including invoices, purchase orders, receiving logs, and shipping documents.

Stock Arrangement

Arrange and label stock systematically according to safety and accessibility standards. (

FIFO

)

Spare Parts & Consumables Management

Oversee the accurate issuing and receiving of spare parts & Consumables using Portable Data Terminals (PDT) for efficient barcode scanning and tracking. Ensure all spare parts are correctly labeled with barcodes and stored in their designated locations for quick retrieval. Maintain detailed records of all transactions to ensure traceability and accountability of inventory movements. Monitor stock levels of spare parts and assist in planning for replenishment based on usage and forecasts.

Maintenance and Housekeeping

Conduct regular checks on the storage facilities. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar storekeeping or warehouse operations role. Proficiency in

SAP

and

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

is required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills.
