Job Overview:

Aseer Time Al Kuwait Restaurant, a growing F&B company, is seeking a

Warehouse Supervisor

to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inventory control, team supervision, and F&B storage practices within the UAE. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing stock flow and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching F&B stock and materials. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in the system. Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of perishable and non-perishable items (FIFO/LIFO methods). Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconcile variances. Coordinate with procurement, kitchen, and logistics teams for smooth supply chain operations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Lead and manage warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards. Prepare and present stock reports to management regularly.

Requirements:

2-5 years of UAE experience in a warehouse Supervisor role, preferably in the F&B industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems. Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus). Strong leadership and team management skills. Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
