Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of goods. Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control. Monitor and maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization. Lead and motivate warehouse staff; assign tasks, provide training, and evaluate performance. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments to align warehouse activities with business needs. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the warehouse to ensure quality control and operational efficiency. Maintain records and prepare reports related to warehouse activities, inventory levels, and staff performance. Manage warehouse equipment and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in warehouse or logistics supervision (minimum 3-5 years). Strong leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety procedures. Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office tools. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy materials (as needed). Standing or walking for long periods during shifts. Work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
