Job Description

The Warehouse Storeman/Runner is responsible to assist in the efficient handling, organization, and delivery of materials, tools, and consumables within the warehouse and throughout the estate. The Warehouse Storeman / Runner ensures proper receipt, labeling, storage, and issuance of goods, as well as timely delivery of required items to engineering and maintenance teams, supporting daily operations with accuracy and reliability.

JOB LOCATION: FUJAIRAH, UAE

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of inventory and storekeeping practices. Certification in Manual Handling or Warehouse Safety (preferred).

EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, storekeeping, or logistics support, ideally in an engineering, maintenance, hospitality, or facilities management setting. Prior experience in private estates, luxury residences, or construction sites is a plus. Familiarity with handling technical materials, tools, cleaning chemicals, and spare parts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse & Inventory Support

Receiving deliveries, checking goods against delivery notes, and reporting discrepancies. Storing materials systematically with proper labeling and stock arrangement. Assisting in inventory counts, stock movements, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse.
Material Delivery & Running Tasks

Delivering requested items, tools, or consumables to various estate locations (e.g., workshops, villas, pool, gardens). Ensuring accurate and timely delivery based on requisition slips or verbal instructions. Picking up items from local suppliers or coordinating with logistics teams when required.
Documentation & Recordkeeping

Assisting with filling out goods issue forms, return notes, and updating physical stock cards. Reporting low-stock items, expired products, or damaged goods to supervisors. Supporting proper filing and document handling during audits or inventory reviews.
Safety & Handling

Adhering to all warehouse safety rules, including use of PPE, safe lifting techniques, and chemical handling precautions. Keeping aisles and storage areas free of hazards and obstructions. Reporting safety concerns or maintenance needs within the warehouse.
Teamwork & Communication

Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, technicians, and procurement team. Following instructions precisely and communicating clearly when confirming tasks or reporting issues. Maintaining a polite and service-focused attitude, especially during interactions with estate staff.
