Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and organization of our warehouse operations, ultimately contributing to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming orders from clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Conduct quality checks on received merchandise, reporting any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate team members Safely and accurately load and unload trucks while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including performing regular inventory counts and conducting stock rotation Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to improve warehouse processes and procedures Assist in the preparation of orders for shipping, including packaging and labeling Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and warehouse activities Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards Continuously strive for improvement and efficiency in warehouse operations

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Forklift certification is an asset Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient computer skills, including experience working with inventory management systems Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
