DP World Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day logistics and warehouse activities, ensuring efficient execution of receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.
Ensure all documentation and data entries in the Warehouse Management System (LFS/WMS) are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with team leaders and warehouse staff to maintain compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
Maintain full visibility of inventory movement, conduct regular audits, and participate in stock counts.
Investigate discrepancies in inventory and initiate timely corrective actions.
Generate accurate reports covering KPIs, billing, manpower, and performance statistics.
Coordinate with manpower suppliers to manage workforce levels during peak operations.
Maintain proper document control and ensure all operational records are archived per audit standards.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements to boost operational productivity.
Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure on-time and accurate shipment delivery.
Promote and enforce HSE standards across all operations, reporting incidents and ensuring preventive measures.
Support the implementation of continuous improvement programs, including 5S and lean warehousing practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within large-scale facilities.
Proficiency in WMS/LFS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse workflows, and logistics documentation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Strong communication and leadership ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functionally.
Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance requirements in warehouse environments.
Familiarity with lean management, KPI reporting, and operational performance tracking.
