Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -

Warehouse Operations Management: - Plan, direct, and perform warehouse activities including receiving, storing, packing, picking, shipping, and inventory.- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization within the warehouse.
Inventory Management: - Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock outs.- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.- Perform data entry functions as part of warehouse inventory management systems.
Staff Management and Training: - - Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.- Prepare and supervise the daily activities of the labor force.- Ensure all paperwork, including warehouse and personnel documentation, is completed in a timely manner.
Health, Safety, and Security: - - Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents to abide by company policies.- Work closely with the Safety Specialist on safety awareness training and enforce safety protocols.
Collaboration and Reporting: - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods.- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including receipts and shipments.- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to the Operations Manager about warehouse activities.
Qualifications:- ? Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

? Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the Flour manufacturing industry.- Experience in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and staff supervision.
