Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of Food / FMCG warehouse
Monitor stock movement, FIFO & FEFO practices
Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy
Supervise loading, unloading, and dispatch of goods
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and delivery teams
Control expiry, damages, and wastage
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years UAE experience in Food / FMCG warehouse
Strong knowledge of FIFO / FEFO and expiry management
Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)
Ability to manage warehouse staff
Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations preferred
