Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with proven warehouse operations experience to lead daily activities in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will optimize inventory accuracy, ensure safety compliance, drive efficiency, and manage a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
Manage inventory control (cycle counts, reconciliations, WMS accuracy >99%).
Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff across multiple shifts.
Implement process improvements (layout optimization, slotting, labor standards).
Achieve KPIs: on-time shipping (98%+), order accuracy, productivity (units/hour).
Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams.
Maintain equipment (forklifts, conveyors, racking) and manage preventive maintenance.
Experience with warehouse operations.
Must be residing in UAE on Own Visa.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with automated systems.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with document control and reporting best practices.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 10+ hours.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
