Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Reports To: Operations Manager
Direct Reports: Warehouse Staff
Working Schedule: 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday)
Job Overview:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, and day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, efficient processes while maintaining safety standards and on-time product delivery within a lighting company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee warehouse tasks, including inventory control, storage management, and order processing.
- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records and ensure precise order fulfillment.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment, enforcing safety regulations and best practices.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes for greater efficiency and productivity.
- Education: High school diploma required; Logistics/Supply Chain degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in warehouse management, preferably within manufacturing or lighting industries.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and safety.
