Warehouse Manager (FMCG) - Dubai

Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager with an extensive background in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing large-scale warehouse operations in the UAE. You will be responsible for overseeing all storage, handling, and distribution activities, ensuring maximum efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Operations Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a large warehouse team, including supervisors, forklift operators, and pickers/packers.
• Oversee the entire warehouse operation, including receiving, storage, order picking, dispatch, and returns.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse operational policies and procedures.
• Inventory Control & Accuracy:
• Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and robust inventory management systems.
• Manage stock levels to align with demand forecasts, minimizing stock-outs and overstock situations.
• Implement and maintain a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) system.
• Health, Safety & Compliance:
• Champion a culture of safety, ensuring full compliance with all UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure the warehouse is always audit-ready for internal, client, and government standards.
• Performance & Productivity:
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time dispatch, picking productivity, and warehouse capacity utilization.
• Continuously analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Logistics & Distribution Coordination:
• Work closely with the transportation and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration between warehouse and delivery operations.
• Plan and manage the dispatch schedule to meet all customer delivery timelines.
• Systems & Technology:
• Possess strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Manager within the UAE.
• Non-negotiable FMCG industry background. Experience with perishable goods is a significant advantage.
• A demonstrable history of managing large teams and high-volume warehouse operations.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and inventory management best practices.
• Strong understanding of UAE health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to 25,000 AED per month (commensurate with experience).
