Warehouse Manager

to oversee our cleaning supply warehouse and support smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

Manage and organize warehouse stock, cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records Ensure timely replenishment of supplies and linens Prepare daily supply kits for cleaning teams based on job schedules Maintain cleanliness and proper storage standards in the warehouse

Operations & Scheduling

Coordinate and prepare next-day schedules and supply requirements for cleaning teams Assign and track cleaning kits, linens, and equipment Monitor supply usage and forecast upcoming needs based on reservation schedule Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth dispatch and return of materials

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all cleaning materials and tools meet company standards Maintain operational checklists and procedures Keep track of damaged or missing items and report accordingly Ensure proper labeling & safety protocols are followed

Team Coordination

Train and supervise helpers/warehouse assistants (if applicable) Coordinate with drivers and cleaning crew leads for daily supply distribution Support management in improving operational efficiency

Requirements

Prior experience in

warehouse management, operations, logistics, or inventory control

(hospitality/cleaning industry preferred) Good knowledge of

inventory software & basic computer skills (Excel/Sheets)

Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment Attention to detail and accountability Ability to lift and move supplies/boxes when needed UAE driving license (mandatory)
