About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and proactive
Warehouse Manager
with at least3 years of experience
in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain accurate stock levels, and lead a small team to achieve operational efficiency.Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods Monitor inventory accuracy and perform regular stock audits Manage and lead warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely deliveries Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Implement and improve warehouse systems, procedures, and best practices Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock movement and operational performance
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)Salary:
