in place.What you'll do
Lead the warehouse team (hiring, training, shift planning, productivity/UPH tracking). Own layout, slotting, pick paths; manage
kitting/bundling
for promos and regimens. Overseereturns
(QC, refurb/repack) and coordinate with CS for fast resolutions. Liaise with3PL/last?mile
partners; monitor SLAs, exceptions, and claims. Publish weeklyops dashboards
(orders, SLAs, costs, damages, returns).Must?haves
3-6+ years
in e?commerce warehouse/fulfillment; hands?on withWMS + scanners
. Comfortable withShopify/OMS/WMS
, label printing, and carrier portals. Cosmetics experience a plus:FEFO
, lot/expiry, leak/damage prevention.Compensation & benefits
Full?time base:
AED 12,000-15,000
(Senior) orAED 9,000-12,000
(Mid) + performance bonus.Part?time (on?site):
AED 4,000-7,000
