Position: Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete warehouse operations: inbound, storage, and outbound processes
• Manage inventory and stock control with high accuracy and real-time tracking
• Handle fleet operations and logistics: dispatching, routing, delivery timelines
• Lead warehouse team: scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• Maintain warehouse layout, space utilization, and housekeeping standards
• Must able to manage the complete warehouse operations, stocks and inventory management , fleet and logistic management .
• Lead a team of warehouse staff--ensuring productivity, training, and discipline
• Coordinate and handle with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily operational targets
• Ensure proper implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and quality standards
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders or cycle counts as needed
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Implement and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience (preferably in food or manufacturing industry)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Knowledge of local labor laws, safety, and hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages a plus

Salary: AED 6000-8000 + Standard benefits as per UAE law
