Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, leading a team of warehouse staff, coordinating with accounting, and assisting with customer needs. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations, accurate reporting, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse employees to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Inventory Control:

Oversee inventory levels, ensure accuracy, and conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies.

Reports & Accounting:

Prepare and manage warehouse performance reports, inventory reports, and liaise with the accounting department for accurate financial tracking.

Customer Assistance:

Work closely with the customer service team to address customer needs, including tracking orders, managing returns, and resolving any concerns.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure the warehouse adheres to safety, health, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety checks and training sessions for staff.

Logistics Coordination:

Plan and manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and procedures. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in inventory software, databases, and systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience in preparing reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in logistics or supply chain management. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
