Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (UAE-based, in Logistics/Warehousing)

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager with at least 3 years of UAE-based experience in managing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, team supervision, space planning, and ensuring seamless warehouse operations aligned with safety, compliance, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of cargo. Supervise warehouse staff and allocate tasks efficiently to ensure productivity and accuracy. Implement warehouse layout optimization for space utilization and operational flow. Monitor and control inventory levels using WMS or manual tracking to ensure stock accuracy. Coordinate with transport, operations, and documentation teams for timely dispatch and cargo movement. Ensure all inbound/outbound goods are accurately documented, labeled, and compliant with client/SOP requirements. Maintain proper storage practices (FIFO/LIFO, temperature control, segregation of goods). Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and hygiene standards inside the warehouse. Handle warehouse documentation, including DOs, GRNs, inventory sheets, and incident reports. Manage physical stock checks and cycle counts and investigate discrepancies. Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and cleanliness of the facility. Train and motivate warehouse staff and evaluate their performance. Coordinate with customs, port authorities, or security officials when required. May require extended working hours based on operational requirements. Involves physical inspection and on-ground supervision regularly
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 3+ years of warehouse management experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, documentation, and compliance. Experience in using WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP software. Familiar with JAFZA / RAKH / Freezone operations and regulations (if applicable). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and urgent shipment requirements.
