Process inbound and outbound transactions in Odoo (GRN and DN)
Ensure system inventory matches physical stock at all times
Monitor and enforce FIFO / FEFO compliance
Manage stock adjustments, scrap, and quarantine transactions with approval
Coordinate with QC for stock blocking and release
Support cycle counts and full physical inventories
Handle customer inbound and outbound operational requests
Coordinate deliveries and collections with the transport team
Share stock reports, GRNs, DNs, and delivery confirmations with customers
Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues
Handle customer complaints and initiate NCRs
Arrange customer inspections and warehouse visits
Maintain documentation for audits, HACCP, and municipality compliance
Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and food safety procedures
Prepare and escalate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
