Job Description
SCOPE OF WORK: -
(1) Implement and improve warehouse rules and regulations, standardize operating standards and processes, and improve efficiency.
(2) Organize the implementation of warehouse inventory
(3) Responsible for coordination between other departments
(4) Adjustment of the delivery plan of the Commodity Department
(5) International Department to add order demand, personnel assignment requirements
(6) Joint venture store delivery cost statistics feedback Finance Department
(7) Freight unloading time feedback cashier
(8) Checking the settlement of containers and bulk shelves with financial tracking
(9) Assist the Finance Department to check the accuracy of the inspection system data
(10) Estimate the work saturation of workers and the tools needed for daily work, arrange employee recruitment in advance, purchase of fixed assets and auxiliary supplies, etc.
(11) Asset Management (Including fixed assets and cargo assets?
12) Personnel management attendance
(13) Space management (Contact the product procurement - report warehouse storage situation?
(14) Check WH payroll & Feedback to Head office
Note:
Candidates are to be locally available in Qatar with valid working & transferrable visa. Age Group: 25 - 32.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR7,500.00 per month
