: Warehouse Manager (Abu Dhabi)

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management:

Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of defense-related materials and equipment.

Staff Supervision:

Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse personnel. Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient and effective operation.

Inventory Control:

Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels, minimize losses, and ensure the timely availability of materials.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and training to maintain a safe working environment.

Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. Manage and optimize the use of warehouse space and resources.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Reporting:

Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational issues to senior management. Utilize data to drive decision-making and strategic planning.

Security Management:

Implement and oversee security measures to protect sensitive and valuable defense materials from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CILT) are a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a senior management role. Experience in the defense sector is highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of inventory control, safety regulations, and logistics coordination. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Additional Requirements:

Security Clearance:

Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required by the defense sector.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
