Job Title: Warehouse Labour Overview: As a Warehouse Labourer specializing in Loading, Unloading, Stickering, and Shrink Wrapping, you will be an integral part of our logistics and warehouse operations. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around efficiently and safely handling goods within the warehouse environment, ensuring that products are properly loaded, unloaded, labelled, and packaged for shipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Loading:

Safely and efficiently load products onto trucks or containers according to loading schedules.
Follow loading instructions provided by supervisors or through documentation to ensure accuracy.
Utilize appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move goods onto loading docks or vehicles.
Ensure that loaded items are securely positioned and distributed to prevent damage during transportation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in loading areas to optimize workflow.

2. Unloading:

Receive incoming shipments and unload goods from trucks or containers.
Verify the accuracy of received items against shipping documents or purchase

orders.

Handle products with care to prevent damage during unloading processes.
Transfer unloaded items to designated storage areas within the warehouse.
Collaborate with team members to expedite unloading processes and maintain

efficiency. 3. Stickering:

Apply labels, barcodes, or other identifying markers to products or packaging materials.
Ensure that labels are affixed accurately and securely according to specified guidelines.
Verify the correctness of labelling information against product details or inventory records.
Assist in inventory management by labelling items for easy identification and tracking.
Adhere to quality standards and procedures while labelling products to maintain consistency.

4. Shrink Wrapping:

Operate shrink wrap machines or hand tools to package items securely for shipment.
Wrap palletized goods with shrink film to provide stability and protection during

transit.

Adjust wrapping techniques based on the size and shape of the items being packaged.
Inspect wrapped pallets for any signs of damage or inadequate wrapping.
Collaborate with colleagues to optimize shrink wrapping processes and meet production targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in roles involving loading,

unloading, stickering, or shrink wrapping.

Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to warehouse activities.
Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink

wrap machines.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and labelling products.
Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED800.00 - AED1,000.00 per month Experience:
