Job Description

The Role

Responsible in execution of issue & receiving of stock. (Through the team). \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating with customers for incoming & outgoing of containers, along with warehouse coordinator. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage inventory accuracy (Physical & system) through monitoring of daily warehouse activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervising store-keepers, forklift operators and helpers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administration duties as required to ensure daily performance is achieved. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate & Implement change as directed by the company officials.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring accurate inventory count \xe2\x80\xa2 Timely dispatch and receiving of goods \xe2\x80\xa2 Timely report of the incidents to the line manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring basic hygiene and safety measures are followed Reporting to: Warehouse Manager
