JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and transportation.
Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
Coordinate the delivery team to loading as per the schedule, suggestions, and action to be taken to improve teamwork
Improve delivery efficiency through proper planning, monitoring, and controlling
ISO related records keeping and updating
Train and develop employees to meet the necessary performance standards.
Quarterly appraisal of the team and organise one-to-one sessions to evaluate the individual. Assist in solving work-related issues Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
Arrange container off-loading as per schedule
Conducting monthly physical verification of Inventory and communicating it to MIS Team.
Monitor Inbound and outbound activity and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

Minimum Higher Secondary education (10+2)
3 years experience in Warehouse Management.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in logistics, supply chain management as subjects would be an advantage.
Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPis).
Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
