Qualified MBA experienced in Manufacturing/ Construction industry in UAE.
Oversee and manage daily operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock and prevent overstocking or understocking.
Ensure accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock checks.
Manage warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
Staff and safety
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
Enforce all company policies, regulations, and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment, tools, and the warehouse grounds.
Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials and coordinate safety training.
Logistics and coordination
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Liaise with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.
Administration and improvement
Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation and reports.
Monitor warehouse productivity and performance metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures or technologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
