We are a well-established B2B trading and distribution company in the UAE looking to hire an experienced Warehouse In-Charge to take complete responsibility for warehouse operations and manpower.
Key Responsibilities
Full responsibility for warehouse operations, inventory control, and staff supervision.
Manage warehouse manpower, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
Implement process improvements and support technology adoption (WMS, reporting, tracking).
Take independent operational decisions to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and management teams.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years UAE/GCC experience in a similar warehouse supervisory or in-charge role.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Decision-maker with the ability to handle pressure and operational challenges.
Change- and technology-oriented mindset.
Hard-working, hands-on, and accountable.
Willing to take full responsibility of warehouse and personnel.
Multilingual (English mandatory; Arabic / Hindi / Urdu / other languages an advantage).
Salary AED 5,000-6,000 based on Experience, Company Visa + Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
