Receive, inspect and stock incoming products in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare orders and delivery to branches, ensuring correct items and quantities are picked and packaged
Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies to the higher management.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times
Utilize inventory management software to track and monitor stock levels of the warehouse and make order accordingly.
Assist with maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
Visit all branches from time to time to reconcile the inventory of the branches
Communicate effectively with branches staff, and other team members to resolve any inventory or branches and warahose
Requirement:
oB-Com or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred
oProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of logistics software is an advantage.
oStrong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
oGood communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external partners.
oMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field
