Warehouse & Inventory Manager

:

The

Warehouse Manager

will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the COMO Lounge supply chain. You will oversee all procurement, stock control, and distribution across our Central Kitchen and retail branches. The goal is to ensure 100% stock availability while minimizing waste and optimizing storage costs. This role requires a disciplined leader with expert organizational skills and a deep understanding of F&B inventory dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Ordering & Procurement:

Oversee the daily ordering process for all raw materials, packaging, and consumables. Ensure all orders align with production needs and sales forecasts.

Stock Management:

Maintain real-time accuracy of stock levels. Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock counts across the warehouse and Central Kitchen.

Supplier Liaison:

Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies in quantity or quality (in collaboration with the Chief Accountant).

Inventory Control:

Implement a strict

FIFO (First-In, First-Out)

system to prevent expiration and reduce food waste.

Distribution:

Manage the internal transfer of goods from the Warehouse/Central Kitchen to the Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain branches.

Data Management:

Record all incoming and outgoing stock in the inventory management system. Provide detailed reports on stock turnover and "Slow Moving" items.

Storage Optimization:

Maintain a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled environment for all food items, ensuring compliance with UAE health and safety standards.

Cost Monitoring:

Audit "Yields" and "Wastage" reports. Alert Management to any unusual spikes in consumption or stock loss.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience

as a Warehouse or Inventory Manager, specifically in the

Hospitality or F&B sector

(Experience with Central Kitchens is highly preferred). Strong knowledge of Inventory Management Software and MS Excel. Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple delivery schedules. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High integrity and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
